NOHP Puducherry - Creative Smiles: Poster, Reels, and Slogan Competitions for World Oral Health Day

To commemorate World Oral Health Day, NOHP Puducherry at  East Coast College of Allied Health Sciences organized a series of engaging competitions, including poster designing, social media reels, and slogan contests, to promote awareness about the importance of oral hygiene. The event witnessed enthusiastic participation from 250 students and faculty, who showcased their creativity and commitment to spreading vital oral health messages.

The poster competition featured vibrant and informative designs, emphasizing key aspects of oral health, such as preventive care, the dangers of tobacco, and the importance of regular dental check-ups.

 The social media reels contest encouraged participants to create short yet impactful videos, making oral health education more accessible and engaging for a wider audience. 

Meanwhile, the slogan competition inspired creative and thought-provoking messages that reinforced the significance of maintaining good oral hygiene.

A panel of experts and faculty members judged the entries based on creativity, clarity of message, and impact, and the winners were honored with certificates and awards. The event successfully raised awareness and sparked meaningful conversations about oral health among students and the broader community.

Through this initiative, East Coast Allied Health Sciences reaffirmed its commitment to public health education, empowering individuals to take proactive steps toward better oral hygiene. The event concluded on a high note, with participants and organizers vowing to continue advocating for healthier smiles.
