NOHP Puducherry- An oral awareness and oral screening camp was conducted camp for the general public at PHC kosapalayam

An oral screening and treatment camp was conducted at *PHC Kosapalayum* on 15.04.2026 to promote awareness about oral health and provide basic dental services to the community. The camp focused on educating the general public about proper oral hygiene practices, including a live demonstration of correct brushing techniques. Special emphasis was given to antenatal _(ANC)_ mothers, highlighting the importance of maintaining good oral health during pregnancy for both maternal and child well-being. Participants were also informed about common dental problems and preventive measures. Basic screening and necessary treatments were provided during the camp. Overall, nearly *75* individuals benefited from this initiative.
