NOHP Puducherry - Oral Health awareness at Government Primary School, Danampalayam

*WOHD celebration:* Oral health awareness was conducted for the primary school students at *GPS Thanampalayam* on 05-03-2026. The session focused on educating children about the importance of maintaining good oral hygiene and healthy habits for strong teeth and gums. Proper brushing techniques were demonstrated using a *Toothie* model, helping students understand the correct method of brushing. The importance of brushing twice daily, reducing sugary foods, and visiting the dentist regularly was also explained. Nearly *96* students benefited from this awareness program.
