NOHP Puducherry -oral health awareness session program conduct to sri kamban government higher secondary school Nettapakkam

The students were given awareness on Do's and don'ts in oral care, Bad oral behaviours and its impact on jaw development and teeth alignment and its early intervention and management & Nutrition and oral health. Harmful effects of Tobacco and its vulnerability among adolescents were highlighted. Brushing techniques were demonstrated using dental models and posters. Oral health pledge was taken. Oral health Poster and pamphlets were distributed to promote good oral hygiene practices. 
The teachers were also given awareness on common dental problems and its prevention and management & oral hygiene measures to  promote good oral hygiene practices for Happy and healthy living.Beneficiaries: 765
