NOHP Puducherry -WOHD 2026 - A month long Poster Campaign from March - April 2026 at U.T. of Puducherry

As part of the *World Oral Health Day 2026 celebrations* , a _month-long poster campaign_ was conducted from *March 1st to April 20th* under the theme “ *A Happy Mouth is… A Happy Life.* ” Posters were widely distributed to Government and private institutions, organizations, NGOs, various departments, educational institutions including schools and colleges, homes, and Health and Wellness Centres from U.T.of Puducherry.

These posters effectively conveyed key messages on oral health awareness, including the importance of maintaining good oral hygiene, the golden rules for a healthy mouth, and the harmful effects of tobacco use. The campaign aimed to educate people of all age groups and encourage positive oral health practices in daily life.

Through this extensive outreach initiative, approximately *80,000* individuals were benefitted. The campaign played a significant role in spreading awareness, promoting preventive care, and reinforcing the importance of oral health as an essential part of overall well-being.
