NOHP Puducherry -WOHD 2026 - A month long Signature Campaign from March - April 2026 at U.T. of Puducherry

On behalf of the World Oral Health Day 2026 celebrations, *a special month-long signature campaign* was conducted from _March 20 to April 20_ based on the theme “ *A Happy Mouth is… A Happy Life.”* A well-designed banner featuring the oral health pledge was prepared and displayed at various locations to attract public participation. The campaign was carried out across organizations, educational institutions including schools, and Health and Wellness Centres, as well as public places such as Rock Beach.

The *oral health pledge* was actively taken by the general public, health workers, healthcare professionals, school students, and teachers. The initiative aimed to promote awareness about the importance of maintaining good oral hygiene and adopting healthy lifestyle practices.

Through this collective effort, around *25,000 signatures* were successfully collected. The campaign played a vital role in encouraging community involvement and reinforcing the importance of oral health as a key component of overall well-being.
