NOHP puducherry -*World Oral Health Da ,Street drama were conducted at Rock Beach Puducherry by a team from the Malargal kalai kuzhu along with Anganwadi teachers.

On the occasion of *World Oral Health Day* , ```Street drama``` were conducted at _Rock Beach,_ Puducherry on *20.03.2026* . One program was organized by first-year nursing students of _Christ college_ while the other was conducted by a team from the _Malargal kalai kuzhu_ along with Anganwadi teachers. The initiative aimed to create awareness about the importance of oral hygiene and its impact on overall health among the general public.Various educational activities were carried out, highlighting proper brushing techniques, prevention of oral diseases, and the harmful effects of tobacco use. An *oral health pledge* was administered to the public and officials of Puducherry, encouraging them to adopt healthy practices and avoid tobacco consumption.
The program witnessed enthusiastic participation, benefiting more than *1,000* people. Overall, the event played a significant role in promoting oral health awareness and encouraging community involvement in maintaining good oral hygiene practices.
