Oral Health Education for Children

Hello everyone! We are Misheel Kids Foundation from Mongolia, and we are very happy to be part of World Oral Health Day.

As an NGO dedicated to improving children’s oral health, we have been providing free dental check-ups and treatments to children in need since 2016—especially those living in suburban and remote areas of Mongolia.

So far, we have gifted healthy smiles to over 21,000 children, completely free of charge.

But our work goes beyond treatment.

We regularly visit schools in areas where dentists and oral health specialists are not available but are needed the most. There, we provide oral health education to primary and middle school students, teaching them proper toothbrushing techniques and healthy habits.

So far, we have reached around 35,000 children through our education programs.

Because we truly believe that education is the key to a healthy future.

Without proper knowledge and daily care, even treated teeth can become damaged again.

Now, we are preparing to travel to the northwestern provinces of Mongolia to provide treatment and oral health education to about 1,400 children.
