Dental check-ups
An inauguration of the national programme will be held with the participation of Hon. Minister of Health Dr. Ramesh Pathirana. Dental check-ups will be performed in 2500 school children aged 13 years and above from schools of Galle District in Sri Lanka. This screening will be done by Dental surgeons and final year dental students. Oral health education sessions will be held for students and pre-school teachers of the area. Brushing drills will be arranged for children.
